Registration stops at the last step with an error saying my account already exists. I joined in-store for club discounts, so that makes sense, but the app never completes setup. Had to remove it.

Every time I open the app, it pushes me through registration. After I complete every field, it says my account already exists and I need to update it — but there is no edit option anywhere. Signing in is simply not possible. The web portal has the same problem and will not save profile changes. Hard to give a fair rating when access is blocked.

This deserves less than one star. Login fails every single time — even after resetting my password and entering the verification code the app sends. I followed every recovery step and still cannot get in. An app that blocks access and offers no support should not stay published.

Registration is impossible — the app insists I already have an account but gives me no way to sign in or fix my profile. Such a shame, because the store itself has great products; the app just gets in the way.

Very disappointing app. The password requirements are absurdly strict — tighter than most banking apps. It also logs me out randomly for no reason.
